We like to invest early (Seed or Series A) and keep backing founders as they grow. We'll also make standalone growth-stage investments.

We're a hands-on team that helps the brands we back grow — across marketing and PR, business development, hiring, and fundraising.
G9's portfolio includes Bumble (BMBL), On Running (ONON), AG1, Goop Kitchen, Kitsch, Midi Health, Oura, RŌZ, and Saie — more than 70% have a female founder or CEO.
Everything we do is in service of helping our founders build generational brands, and our platform is central to that. We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive builder — strong judgment, sharp attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and a genuine passion for supporting founders and building relationships — to be a thought partner to the team while owning initiatives across the G9 ecosystem.
This role means wearing many hats. On any given day, you might refine a portfolio company’s product-launch gifting strategy, run multiple executive searches, vet a new agency partner, prep a CEO offsite, and design better ways to connect founders with advisors across our network.
Location: Midtown Manhattan. In-office, five days a week.
